Terms of Service

By creating a Field to Fab account or accessing the service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Field to Fab is a software-as-a-service tool for HVAC fabrication shops. It allows Field Foremen to capture orders in the field and shops to manage fabrication. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at hello@fieldtofab.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You retain all rights to the content you submit (orders, photos, notes, measurements, comments — collectively, "Your Content"). You grant Field to Fab a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the service for you and your team.

We will never sell Your Content. We will never use it to train third-party models. We will never share it with another customer.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
• Upload content that infringes third-party IP, contains malware, or violates law.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your card on each renewal until you cancel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a paid period, except where required by law.

Free plans are subject to fair-use limits. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend free accounts that exceed those limits or that appear to be commercial use disguised as personal use.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in a way that harms the service or other users. We will give reasonable notice except where the violation is severe or ongoing.

On termination, you can request export of Your Content for 30 days. After 30 days we may permanently delete it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and secure, but we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.Field to Fab is a tool to organize fabrication orders, not a substitute for engineering judgment, code compliance, or installation safety practices.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Field to Fab and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Field to Fab is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
