Stripe billing is now live — paid plans available

Field to Fab is now fully self-serve. Starter ($39/mo) and Pro ($99/mo) plans are live in Stripe, every new shop gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from Settings without an email.
Behind the scenes we added a `subscriptions` table that mirrors Stripe state via webhook. Plan-aware limits — order count per month, user count per shop, photo uploads, custom piece types — are now enforced server-side, so a shop that hits the cap on Free gets a polite upgrade nudge instead of a silent failure.
If you were already using the app under our pilot, you stay on the equivalent paid tier with no action required. New shops start on the Pro trial and can choose where to land afterward.
