Pricing questions

What happens when I hit my plan's order limit?▾
We show a soft-blocked banner once you cross the limit. No surprise charges — just a polite "upgrade to keep going" link. Existing orders are never deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?▾
Annual billing is on the roadmap. If you'd like a yearly invoice today, email hello@fieldtofab.com and we'll set it up manually with a 10% discount.
Can I switch plans mid-month?▾
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date so you don't lose paid time.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoiced ACH or wire transfer.
Is there a setup fee?▾
